Return Policy:

The return policy only applies to products that are listed on our website. All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Products that are new with the retail packing never opened can be return or refund to Newegg within 30 days of the invoice date, but the item must be within its Newegg return policy. If Newegg no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, Newegg will issue you a refund. If the item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued.

To return defective or damaged products that state “This item is covered by Newegg’s International Return Policy” you must have an RMA number. Newegg will only pay for return shipping if an item is defective or unopened. In case of a product is returned that is not defective, the product will either be returned to the customer or the return shipping cost initially covered by Newegg will instead be deducted from the refund amount along with any necessary restocking fee.

Although Newegg is pleased to fill your orders for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given product in our inventory. Please understand that on a single order of that size, once the purchase is completed, it is automatically non-refundable. However, all other specific conditions related to the ordered items still apply.

How do I place an order on website?

You may search for an item using the keyword search, and a page will display a list of suggested products. Click the view shopping cart button and enter your shipping zip code, choose the available shipping options and sign in into your account to enter your payment info. Before clicking the Place Order button, please review your order and make sure the address and all other information is correct.

How and when do I get paid for the items sold from my Newegg’s seller portal?

Dealers are paid every Wednesday on for all orders that shipped in the Newegg system. Funds are deposited directly into your specified account once a week via ACH transfers so you will receive payment within 15 to 21 days.

How to track my order status and history?

To check the status of an order, scroll to the bottom-left of the Newegg website. Then click on the Track an Order option below the Customer Service header.

How to return a marketplace item?

You can email the Marketplace seller by logging in to your Newegg account. Provide the Newegg Sales Order number and/or the RMA number and state a detailed description regarding the reason for return. Click the Send Message button to send off the email to the seller. The seller will respond to your email within 1-2 business days.
