Cancelling an Uber
ride:

You can cancel a trip
in the Uber app before or after you’re matched with a driver. A cancellation
fee may also apply if you cancel after you are matched with a driver. If you
believe you were charged a cancellation fee in incorrectly, let us know in the
“Review my cancellation fee” to dispute the charges. 

Overcharging on your
trip:

Please feel free to
contact us anytime you feel that you overpaid or were charged too much for a
trip. We will review and make adjustments as needed. However, please note that
adjustments on trips can only be made within 3 days from the trip ending.

As with the Uber
mobile app, you can request a refund on the Uber site.

Returning the Lost
item:

Neither Uber nor
drivers are responsible for the items left in a vehicle after a trip end. If
you forget any of your belongings in the car, we will help you contact your
driver to get it back. A $15 fee is charged to you once your lost item is
returned. The entire fee will be given to the driver to compensate for his
time. We are here to help but we cannot guarantee that the driver has your item
or can deliver it to you immediately.

Your personal promo

How do i pay with cash?

You can use cash as a
payment method in your app. Your driver’s app will confirm the total fare when
the trip ends. After you pay cash, we will email you a receipt of your payment.

What if I don’t have enough cash?

If you don’t have
enough cash, use your app to switch your payment method before the trip starts.
Once you request a cash trip, you’ll be unable to switch to another payment
method. 

 You can also dd a credit card or other payment method
to your account anytime. Select PAYMENT from your app menu and tap ADD PAYMENT
to get started.
